1. Digital Products (DIY Calculator & Guides)

All sales of digital downloads are final. Once you have access to the DIY Calculator or guide, we cannot issue refunds due to the nature of digital content.
 

2. Services (Opinion of Value)

Our Opinion of Value service is a personalized analysis and therefore non-refundable once work has begun.

• If you cancel before we start your valuation, you may request a full refund.

• If you have purchased the DIY Calculator and later upgrade to the Opinion of Value, you will only pay the difference.
